Luxury Childcare Services-Pricing Guide

All packages include a minimum of two professional nannies (including the owner), structured activities, supplies, calm/quiet area set up, planning and venue coordination, and set up and breakdown. Base services include four hours of care.

Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing The Wedding Nanny Concierge. We are honored to support your event.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all services. Final payment is due by the date specified on your agreement or invoice. Services are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

For your convenience, we accept credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.

A small processing adjustment applies to electronic payments:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 3% processing fee

  • Venmo payments: 2% processing fee
